Office Assistant




  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Very good organization of work.
  • Ability to carry out tasks independently.
  • Taking initiative in action.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Personal culture in high level.
  • Warm and kind mood.


  • Taking care of the impeccable appearance of the office and conference rooms.
  • Receiving guests and handling meetings.
  • Handling of telephone calls and company correspondence.
  • Cooperation with the building administration, company suppliers, including couriers and taxi corporations.
  • Support in organizing business trips.
  • Ordering office stuff and groceries.
  • Cooperation with the finance department (registration, invoice flow).
  • Contact with vendors, support for recruitment processes.
  • Daily support for the company’s employees.
