Junior IT Recruiter

Location: Warsaw

Tasks:

  • Active sourcing of candidates using direct search methods;
  • Verifying applications and carrying out telephone interviews;
  • Coordinating meetings with candidates;
  • Maintaining a database of candidates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum six months experience in a similar position;
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish (spoken and written);
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and methods;
  • Good organisation of work and self-reliance in action;
  • Ease in making interpersonal contacts.
