Agile Coach



  • Work in an Agile team spearheading agile transformation in the organization;
  • Work closely with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and executives in the organization;
  • Coordinating the process of establishing and closing agile products;
  • Monitoring the work and deliverables of the teams involved in agile product development and supporting them with QBR reports;
  • Support in managing dependencies in agile projects and products;
  • Coordinate in the implementation and maintenance of agile product quality metrics;
  • Maintain a record of agile product KPIs and work closely with the Finance Department;
  • Monitoring budgets and billing of agile products;
  • Developing reports and analysis as part of management and audit reporting;
  • Conducting ongoing measurements and audits of compliance, project delivery methods with agile approaches at organization, project and team level;
  • Collaborating in the organization of training courses and webinars, preparing training materials.


  • Very good knowledge of Agile philosophy and agile methodologies Scrum, Kanban, Lean etc. in large organizations;
  • Knowledge of large scale agile frameworks such as Nexus, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scale Scale (LeSS), Scrum@Scale etc. is welcome;
  • Systematic, accurate and thorough analysis of acquired data and verification across multiple sources;
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Analytical thinking skills;
  • Creativity;
  • Professionalism and independence of action;
  • Knowledge of English at min. B1/B2 LEVEL;
  • Level 1 certification in agile methodologies is welcomed;
  • Knowledge of tools such as JIRA / Confluence or equivalent;
  • Experience as PM/PMO in large organisations in the financial and/or IT sector.
