Senior Frontend Software Engineer (React)
LOCATION: Remote
THE POSITION:
As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer you will have the chance to build web applications from scratch using React – for a client in Belgium. Your responsibility will be to design and build web applications together with services and solutions in the Azure cloud using the latest best practices and technologies, and to contribute to the delivery of an extensible ecosystem. In this position, you will work on new strategic projects and help reshape the retail landscape, all in an exciting DevOps environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop high-performance, accessible, secure and reliable web applications;
- Participate in system and architecture design as part of an Agile team;
- Building product quality, including how and when to use unit, integration and final automation tests;
- Development of CI/CD built on Azure Cloud;
- Being open to learning and contributing to different technologies in our technology stack;
- Providing 24/7 (On-Call) support to various support teams as L2/L3.
SKILLS:
- Very good knowledge of React, Remix, IS;
- Experience working with React-Testing-Library;
- Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
- Knowledge of Monorepo’s (Turborepo), ESLint, Stylelint;
- Experience with Azure and CI/CD.
- Very good knowledge of the English language.
